My Journey Through Photoshop:
(through a compilation of exercises made while learning.)
1. Collage Poster
The result of a beginner fresh into the programme with zero background.
I learnt how to import and mask images, change hues and add textures.

I had wanted to make an Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) poster based off an illustration made for a festival. The challenge for me at the time was finding real images that could replace the drawn elements. I felt happy at this conundrum but looking back at it now a year later I can clearly see why my peers weren't too appreciative.
2. Creative Social Media Advertisement (SMA)
Image Manipulation (without actual effects) is a very big foe. Arranging fruits to allude to another subject was the task at hand; a task I struggled with verily.

My goal was to promote a lemon and a grape drink; thus the idea of creating an exciting rival poster came about. Basing the concept off a famous scene in Jojo's Bizzare Adventures was a road I wanted to lead on.

Here I learnt the importance of breaking up tasks and time management.
4. Co-Corricular Activity Poster
The result turned out better than expected. We learnt how to 'burn' and image into the background.  In this exercise I leant that the simple things make a big difference.
5. Collage
This was a fun exercise and made me realise travel adverts aren't so simple. To make everything come together; it was important to make all the landmarks a similar hue to the background colours.
6. Photo Retouch
Editing professional imaged; the essence of photoshop itself. I learn how to blemish, colour grade which truly granted me the understanding how powerful this software is.
7. Photo Composition
8. Transformation
9. Photo Manipulation
10. Photo Manipulation - Liquify
11. Photo Manipulation - Curves
12. Colour Matching
13. Realistic Texture
14. Filters & Effects
