Creative Capsule is a boutique technology consulting firm that has been helping SaaS companies cost-effectively scale up their software delivery capacity for over twenty years. The firm has developed over 500 apps and solutions for more than a hundred clients in diverse industries, including truck-sharing startup Bungii. After working with Creative Capsule on a variety of web content and marketing documents, I was asked to write a case study about how they came to develop and operate the highly scalable technical platform that Bungii has relied on for their fast-growing business since 2016. The resulting eight-page document comprehensively tells the story of how Bungii was born and how Creative Capsule not only built the startup's original technical infrastructure but has evolved it to meet their client's changing business needs before, during, and after the Covid pandemic.
