Between Facing off with naysaying ROI nazis, getting Twitfaced making character count and being bogged down in blogland, I've been fighting the good social fight for awhile. I believe these tools are critical as the fundamental way marketers communicate has shifted from seller-control to consumer-dominated. It's an exciting, frustrating and ever-changing landscape of behavioral study that's fascinating to observe. Watch out for people who claim to be "experts" though, they probably have a bridge to sell you.

Created a new promotion using SEO editorial copy fused with adlinks that yielded more than $22,900 in revenue and $218,350 in projectedrevenue and topped Google search at number one on page one

Initiated the need for an internal team devoted to social mediamarketing and collaborated with that team growing Facebook fans from 6K to 52Kin less than six months
