Nintendo's Strategy summed-up
AUUDIO
AUUDIO analysis helps Nintendo “listen” to the business and understand the concerns that must be managed up and down the value chain. AUUDIO recognized the user as the main players and add users between upstream and downstream. The user experience is evaluated when the user interacts with the product or service. The user aspect helps us to build empathy and find design opportunities. Another aspect was added to the AUUDIO analysis is social. Social as one of the important component in the Triple Bottom Line, aside from Economical and Environmental. Social aspect focus on social equity and human well beings. AUUDIO analysis tool helps stakeholders establish the Eco-Advantage mindset. It helps the manager to look at challenges and opportunities through the environmental lens.
Value Proposition Canvas
About: As part of the Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas is the direct tools for designers to understand target users and design ideal product or services to meet needs and relieve specific pain points. 
Our Process: Brainstorm user’s job when using the product or service. It includes the consumer purchase to functional, emotional and social interactions with the product or others. List pain points when conducting jobs. List gains when using the product or service. Ideation for different concepts to relieve or solve the pain points and amplify the advantages. It can be a short-term solution or a long-term strategy. Further details will be improved by Primary Research.
sSWOT
About: The sustainability Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats analysis (sSWOT) is designed to help drive action and collaboration on environmental challenges, creating business risks and opportunities. sSWOT helps individuals engage and motivate colleagues—particularly those with limited knowledge of environmental issues or corporate sustainability

DELIVERABLES
NINTENDO RECYCLING FESTIVAL(LEFT): The Recycling Festival introduces the community to the idea of the PIK-UP system. By encouraging users to recycle and introducing them in a carefree and fun environment, the behavior change introduced is associated with positive emotions.
PIK-UP(Boxes): The name was inspire by the iconic character, Captain Olimar from the Pikmin games, who uses nature-like creatures, Pikmin, to help him defeat monsters. The PIK-UP bins will allow users t recycle goods in exchange for My Nintendo Credits.
